The 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Applies only to a customer’s first order.
- Applies only to the initial shipment of a subscription or a one-time purchase.
- Is limited to one refund claim per customer.
- Does not apply to subscription renewals, recurring shipments, reorder purchases, additional orders, bundle add-ons, or future deliveries after the initial order.
- Is valid only for purchases made directly through Nobona.com.
By continuing a subscription beyond the initial shipment, the customer acknowledges satisfaction with the product and understands that subsequent subscription orders are not covered under the 120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit.
